Eoin completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Asian Studies at the Australian National University in 2018 and joined Chamberlains’ Property and Commercial team in 2021.

He comes with over seven years of experience in property and commercial law – including in residential conveyancing, retirement villages, large residential developments, construction, land titling and commercial leasing both in the Australian Capital Territory and in New South Wales.

In 2023 Eoin was awarded Solicitor of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of the ACT. Eoin has a particular interest in construction law and has extensive experience in assisting property developer clients deliver off-the-plan development projects from start to finish, including both small boutique residential developments and large mixed-use developments.

Eoin holds a broad knowledge base of the property industry and prides himself on his personable approach to clients and achieving their desired outcomes.

Eoin speaks Mandarin Chinese and is looking forward to working with the other members of the property team in assisting clients where English may not be their first language.

Emma is our personable and professional conveyancing manager, who has oversight over conveyancing matters in the Canberra office, assisting with the ACT and surrounding regions.

Emma has been a mainstay of the Chamberlains family since 2015, with a number of adventures along the way, growing her experience base in Canberra. She has a passion for people, and this reflects both in the quality of her interactions with her clients, and in the work that she produces for them. This was reflected by her finalist position as Conveyancer of the Year.

Emma has a flair for marketing, and uses her innate social talent to achieve outstanding results without fail.

Since being admitted in 2021, Manling has quickly built a solid reputation amongst clients and colleagues as a reliable and dedicated lawyer and a calm and friendly advisor in property transactions of all types. Manling brings an enviable diligence and a bright, sunny disposition to all her matters and excels in making each of her clients feel as though they are her only client. Keerat is a talented lawyer in our property team, who enjoys finding legal solutions to every property transaction and process. Keerat completed her Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in HR) and Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University.

She started her legal career in a boutique firm in Sydney as a paralegal for 3 years assisting in family law, estates, employment law and general disputes, as well as with her passion, property law, before relocating to Canberra and joining the big leagues at Chamberlains. She practices in the property law and commercial team, handling conveyancing matters in every state and territory in Australia, and is grateful for the easier commute we enjoy in the Nation’s capital.

Keerat is constantly learning new things and expanding the areas of her practice and the services she can provide to better help her clients. She is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi and is happy to assist clients in all three languages. When not solving all things property at work, Keerat unwinds with her French Bulldog named Sheru, which means Lion in Punjabi, and stands true to Sheru’s personality despite his size.
