The Role

This role offers exposure to a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (supply, services, licensing and shareholders’ agreements)
  • Advising on business structuring, governance and regulatory compliance
  • Supporting mergers, acquisitions and business sales
  • Managing general corporate advisory work for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercial legal advice while contributing to the continued growth of the Sydney practice.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and commercially astute lawyer with:

  • 3–6 years’ PAE in corporate and commercial law
  • Experience gained in a reputable private practice or in-house environment
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in business and commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
