Casey Powell is a dedicated lawyer at Chamberlains, bringing sheer enthusiasm and experience to our Building & Construction Team in Sydney. Casey graduated from Western Sydney University in 2022 with a double degree in a Bachelor of Communications and Bachelor of Laws. Following this, Casey was admitted as a Lawyer at the Supreme Court of New South Wales in September 2023.
Casey has a strong background in Building and Construction law, with additional experience in Criminal law, small claims, and insolvency matters, including bankruptcy and winding up. This diverse legal expertise allows Casey to provide well rounded comprehensive legal services to her clients.
She began her journey at Chamberlains Law Firm in October 2021 as a legal assistant and paralegal, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Fast forward to 2025, Casey advanced to the role of Lawyer, continuing to contribute to the firm’s success, namely the expansion of our Building & Construction Law offering.
Outside of the legal realm, Casey is an avid scuba diver, certified to dive up to 40 meters. It’s fair to say that her adventurous spirit reflects Casey’s dedication and enthusiasm in both professional and personal pursuits.
