Background

Erin was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in March 2025. Erin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Business, and a Diploma of Legal Practice from The University of Newcastle.

Prior to her admission, Erin gained extensive legal experience working in both administrative and paralegal roles across criminal litigation, transactional matters, and civil litigation jurisdictions. This broad exposure provided her with a strong foundation in legal practice and a practical understanding of the diverse challenges faced by clients and practitioners alike. Following her admission, Erin practised as a lawyer in litigation from 2025 to 2026, developing experience in dispute resolution and advocacy while assisting clients through a range of complex legal matters. Her approach is focused on delivering practical, commercially minded advice and guiding clients through the legal process with clarity and confidence.

In January 2026, Erin joined Chamberlains Law Firm’s Insurance and Dispute Resolution team. Erin works closely with clients to navigate disputes efficiently and effectively, recognising the importance of clear communication, strategic thinking, and responsive legal service when managing insurance-related claims and litigation.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys spending time at the beach, attending live music events, and keeping active through sport. Whether participating in sport herself or supporting her favourite teams, Erin values the teamwork, discipline and resilience that sport fosters and brings those same qualities to her legal practice.

Erin is committed to ongoing professional development and takes pride in providing high-quality legal services. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and achieving practical outcomes that support her clients’ objectives.
