Keziah is a personal injury lawyer practicing almost exclusively in historical institutional child sexual abuse law and is located in our Perth office.
Keziah originally hails from the Kimberley region in WA and is proud of her mixed Indigenous and Asian heritage. Keziah’s mixed heritage along with her broad professional experiences in personal injury law has led her to a career seeking justice and empowerment for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Previously, Keziah represented an abuse client who received a significant amount of compensation and who’s story was told in the West Australian and other media outlets in 2021. Keziah also successfully achieved compensation for a survivor who was abused whilst a young recruit in the Defence Force.
Keziah understands that the impact of abuse can be incredibly debilitating and far reaching into all areas of an individual’s life including their social and personal relationships, general health, education and working life.
Keziah is passionate about seeking justice and a voice for her clients and is highly relatable and empathic in how she engages with her clients, some of whom are our most vulnerable in society. Keziah explains complex legal processes in a way her clients can understand and prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients and other stakeholders involved in abuse litigation. Keziah always aims to put her clients at ease whilst navigating the complex legal processes involved in abuse law.
At Chamberlains, Keziah wants to make a positive difference to the lives of her clients so that they may be able to move forward with their lives with lighter hearts and minds.
Keziah is a mother of two and enjoys drinking coffee with friends, swimming and spending time with her family.
