Ron McCarthy

Ron McCarthy is a lawyer practising in insurance litigation across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in motor property damage disputes, managing a high volume of files and appearing regularly in the Local Court of New South Wales. His practice encompasses all interlocutory and enforcement steps, including the drafting of pleadings, motions, advices, as well as conducting examination hearings and preparing briefs to counsel.

Ron is a results-driven litigator, managing matters from commencement through to resolution. He is equally adept at resolving disputes through strategic negotiation and settlement, including the preparation of deeds of settlement and consent orders. Admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2022, Ron holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, alongside a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law.
