Sebastian has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, acting on behalf of insurers, corporate and private clients in both plaintiff and defended matters.
He has advised and litigated claims on behalf of insurer’s and private clients including: insurance fraud, indemnity disputes, and product liability matters which have encompassed application of the common law along with the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth), Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Sebastian also acts on behalf of insurers in subrogated disputes including common law negligence and nuisance claims.
Sebastian is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and has been a member of the NSW Law Society Litigation Law and Practice Committee since 2015 and is a former member of the Professional Conduct Committee and Legal Technology Committee.
