Thomas Boyes is an Associate in Chamberlains Law Firm’s Property Corporate & Commercial team. Thomas has an extensive background negotiating commercial transactions, and has worked in private practice, as an in-house Legal Counsel, and in the commercial teams of large industrial companies.
Thomas regularly advises on a range of corporate, commercial and property matters, including commercial lease agreements, tenders, supply of goods and services contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. Having been the regular recipient of legal advice, Thomas understands what makes advice practical and usable by his clients, and Thomas leverages this experience to ensure that his advice is targeted to the matter at hand.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Media from Macquarie University, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. During his time at University, Thomas worked across many fields (both legal and non-legal) including hospitality and tourism, transport and logistics, and the industrial sector. Before settling into corporate and commercial practice, Thomas also worked in personal injury, criminal law and wills and estates.
Outside of his practice, Thomas enjoys all things outdoors and can be regularly found searching for new surf spots or planning hiking trips.
