Yasmin Box

Yasmin is a Senior Lawyer in our Corporate, Commercial and Property Team. Some of the areas Yasmin advises on include business sales and acquisitions (including asset and share sales), commercial agreements, corporate governance and commercial property leasing and sales.

Yasmin completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the University of Newcastle in 2022 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales as a solicitor in February of 2023. Following her admission, Yasmin has worked in Sydney, London and Newcastle and advised in legal areas including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real property, competition and consumer and banking and finance. Her unique transactional experience includes working with businesses in a range of sectors and working on cross-border transactions.

Prior to graduating, Yasmin worked for over four years at a mid-tier national firm in areas in areas including real property and planning and environment law and also worked in the in-house legal team for a mutual bank as part of a merger with another mutual bank.
